RESM Jewelry is an Azerbaijani jewelry brand bringing together design, craftsmanship, and a distinctive aesthetic vision. Every detail matters to us — from the jewelry itself to how it is presented, communicated, and experienced by customers.
We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator who combines creative thinking and refined visual taste with strong organizational skills. This hands-on role covers marketing coordination, brand communications, corporate client support, and day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Brand Communications
Support the planning and execution of campaigns, seasonal initiatives, and collection launches.
Develop, maintain, and manage the execution of the social media content calendar; plan themes, messaging, visual direction, and publishing schedules.
Coordinate content creation, design, publishing, and responses to social media inquiries with internal colleagues and external partners; ensure quality, brand consistency, and timely delivery.
Coordinate LinkedIn activities and other digital communication channels.
Prepare and manage newsletters, email campaigns, promotional materials, and communications in Azerbaijani and English.
Create presentations, simple promotional visuals, and other day-to-day materials using Canva.
Brief and coordinate designers, content creators, copywriters, and external agencies; track deliverables and suggest improvements.
CRM & Client Communications
Maintain and regularly update customer databases and CRM records.
Manage audience segmentation and email communications through Mailchimp.
Support targeted communications and special offers for customer segments.
Prepare commercial proposals, catalogs, and visual presentations for corporate clients.
Communicate with international clients in English, both written and spoken.
Operations & Project Coordination
Coordinate international orders, including production, payments, and shipping.
Create WooCommerce payment links and follow up on related processes.
Monitor packaging, printed materials, and other brand supplies and orders.
Coordinate purchasing, deliveries, and communications with international suppliers.
Organize certificate preparation and printing; support events, partnerships, and special projects.
Ensure smooth coordination between marketing, sales, and boutique operations.
Role Ownership & Execution
While some activities are carried out by internal colleagues or external partners, the Marketing Coordinator takes ownership of assigned workflows, coordinates contributors, follows up on deliverables, and ensures timely completion. Depending on business priorities and team needs, the role also includes directly executing relevant marketing and operational tasks.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in marketing, project coordination, or a related field.
Fluency in Azerbaijani and advanced English (B2–C1), written and spoken; Russian is an advantage.
Proficiency in Canva, MS Office, and Google Workspace.
Experience with CRM systems, Mailchimp, or WooCommerce is an advantage.
Strong organization, prioritization, multitasking, and communication skills.
Attention to detail, accountability, initiative, and ability to work independently.
Refined visual taste, understanding of visual communication, and sensitivity to brand aesthetics.
Interest in fashion, design, jewelry, or premium brands is an advantage.
Position Details
Location: Baku, Azerbaijan
Full-time, on-site. Salary is based on experience and qualifications and will be discussed during the interview.
