About the Role
We are hiring a Customer Service Representative to provide outstanding customer support to our growing client base. We're looking for compassionate, professional, and customer-focused individuals who have an exceptional ability to connect with people. Your ability to understand customer needs, resolve concerns, and build positive relationships will help improve customer satisfaction and retention while gathering valuable insights about our products and services.
This is a full-time position. Candidates must be available to work a consistent schedule, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. Compensation will be based on experience and qualifications, with potential overtime opportunities depending on business needs.
Responsibilities
Provide customer service via phone, email, and other approved communication channels.
Assess customer needs and provide accurate information about commercial trucks, parts, services, and available service options.
Recommend appropriate solutions and help customers navigate questions or concerns.
Build positive customer relationships and support customer retention.
Meet individual performance and customer satisfaction goals.
Document customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions accurately.
Follow up with customers regarding service requests, inquiries, and outstanding concerns.
Coordinate with sales, service, parts, and other departments to ensure timely customer support.
Respond professionally to customer feedback and online reviews when assigned.
Maintain a professional attitude, collaborate with colleagues, and seek guidance when necessary.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
At least one year of customer service or call center experience preferred.
Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach.
Experience handling customer inquiries and resolving service-related issues.
Familiarity with CRM systems and documenting customer interactions.
Strong organizational skills, self-motivation, and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple requests while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
Excellent writing and telephone communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced business environment.
Experience with customer service software is a plus.
Familiarity with commercial trucks, automotive parts, or dealership operations is an advantage.
